sleeping for two hours is bad
but working through the night makes me feel like i've really worked hard
and i do think i work better at wee hours
so its probably going to be like that for a period of time

realise i've been spending more time on my own recently
no particular reason
but i actually do like it that way
time for reflection is refreshing
